Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your package without giving any reason. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. However, the costs for returning your package to us are your responsibility. If you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days, we ask you to return the product with all supplied accessories in its original condition and original packaging to us.
If you wish to return a product, you can easily do so by following the steps below:
Warranty
A defective product can be exchanged for a replacement within the specified period, as stated on the product page.
Important notices:
- Returned products without original packaging will not be processed.
- You should inspect your product for cracks, fractures, or other damage before installation; and report any issues immediately upon receipt. Your warranty expires after installation of the product. Only invisible defects can be claimed after installation. It is recommended to connect and test the product for functionality before completing the assembly installation.
- Warranty is not valid in case of water and impact damage, other external forces, and/or damage due to incorrect assembly.

How do I retour an item?
If you want to return an item, you can register this only through our web shop.
You can do this by following the steps below:
Step 1: Login to your account.
Step 2: Select which order you would like to retour at "My orders", by clicking on "View".
Step 3: Click on the button "Return item(s)".
Step 4: Select which item(s) you want to return.
Step 5: Select a reason & then select a desired return action.
Step 6: Indicate in the additional description why you want to return the selected items.
Step 7: Click on the button ‘’Send’’ to submit your return.
You have now successfully submitted your return. You can expect a response from our staff as soon as possible.
You will be further informed by e-mail regarding the progress of the return status.
